Juan has been working as a front of house server / manager in different restaurants for about 25 years. He worked as a catering driver and in charge of set up for about 15 years for Macklin’s catering.

Ruben (the chef ) has been working in the kitchen for over 25 years as well. He has experience working with Italian, seafood, steakhouses and basic American food. He is passionate about making food for others. He loves cooking for our personal gatherings like church picnics, small weddings, birthday partiens, block parties, games or Super Bowls.

Vania has over 10 yrs experience baking cakes, desserts and bread. It is Vania’s mission to be sweet for you with a catering or cake budget you can afford.

We’re just a group of friends that decided to start a catering business cause we enjoy the food industry!
